Last updated: September 19, 2026

Pre-launch notice

GovRadar is currently under development. This policy describes the service's intended privacy approach and the information used by currently planned features. Service providers, payment functionality, analytics, retention periods, and other practices will be reviewed and this policy will be updated before production launch.

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy explains how GovRadar collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when people use the GovRadar website, application, communications, and related services.

GovRadar is initially operated by Cloud Resources LLC. In this policy, “GovRadar,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cloud Resources LLC in its operation of the GovRadar service.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the features used, GovRadar may collect:

  • Account and contact information, such as a name, business email address, account identifier, and authentication information maintained by an authentication provider.
  • Organization information, such as a company name, capabilities, certifications, industries, NAICS codes, agency interests, and other business-profile information.
  • Search and matching preferences, including keywords, agencies, opportunity types, source categories, and other criteria supplied through search profiles.
  • Opportunity-review and pursuit information,including viewed, starred, dismissed, restored, reviewing, interested, pursuing, or no-bid states, together with pursuit plans, notes, deadlines, and next actions entered by users.
  • Communications, including support inquiries, feedback, email preferences, and other messages sent to us.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, security events, and diagnostic logs.
  • Billing and transaction information, if paid services are enabled. Payments are expected to be processed by a payment provider. GovRadar does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
  • Public procurement information obtained from supported government or public sources. The original source remains authoritative for notice requirements, amendments, deadlines, and submission instructions.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • provide, maintain, and improve GovRadar;
  • create and administer accounts and organization profiles;
  • monitor supported sources and identify relevant opportunities;
  • support opportunity review and pursuit planning workflows;
  • send requested service, security, support, and account communications;
  • process subscriptions and transactions when paid services are enabled;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
  • diagnose technical problems and maintain reliable operations;
  • comply with applicable law and enforce service agreements; and
  • create aggregated or de-identified insights that do not reasonably identify a client or individual.

GovRadar does not intend to use confidential client information to advertise another company's products or services to that client.

4. How we disclose information

GovRadar may disclose information in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors may process only the information reasonably necessary to provide services such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, monitoring, customer support, or payment processing.
  • Legal and safety requirements. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, or investigate fraud or misuse.
  • Business transactions. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
  • At the client's direction. We may disclose information when an authorized client representative requests or affirmatively authorizes the disclosure.

Our commitment

GovRadar does not sell personal information and does not disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Client account activity is not public by default.

5. Optional public features

GovRadar may introduce optional features that allow participating businesses to publish selected business information, promote goods or services, communicate with prospective buyers, or conduct transactions.

Participation in such a feature would be optional. GovRadar will not make private account information public through these features without affirmative authorization from an authorized client representative. The client will be shown what information is intended for publication and will be provided a way to withdraw participation, subject to transaction, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

6. Cookies and analytics

GovRadar may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and core application functionality.

Third-party analytics has not yet been selected for production. Before optional analytics is enabled, GovRadar will evaluate the information collected, configure appropriate controls, update this policy, and request consent where required. GovRadar does not intend to use advertising pixels or client workspace content for targeted advertising.

7. Retention and deletion

GovRadar intends to retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Account deactivation and data deletion are separate processes. Deactivation may stop account access and scheduled processing before associated information is deleted or de-identified. A specific production retention and deletion schedule will be established before launch and reflected in this policy. Information may remain in protected backups until those backups expire under the applicable backup schedule.

8. Security

GovRadar is being designed with administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, logging, monitoring, backups, secure development practices, and limits on employee and service-provider access.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. GovRadar cannot guarantee absolute security, but we intend to investigate suspected incidents and provide notifications when required by applicable law.

9. Your choices

Depending on the available features and applicable law, clients may be able to review or update account and organization information, manage communications, deactivate an account, withdraw optional public-feature authorization, or request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information.

Requests may be subject to identity and authority verification, contractual requirements, legal exceptions, and records that GovRadar must retain. Contact us using the address below to make a privacy request while self-service controls are still under development.

10. Children's privacy

GovRadar is a business service intended for users who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to GovRadar, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. United States processing

GovRadar intends to host and process client information in the United States. People accessing the service from another country should understand that their information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in their location.

GovRadar contains information obtained from public procurement sources and links to websites operated by government agencies or other third parties. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. GovRadar is not responsible for the practices or content of those external services.

13. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as GovRadar develops, service providers are selected, features change, or legal requirements evolve. We will post the revised policy with an updated date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
